10 Year Anniversary of Center for Exoplanets & Habitable Worlds

The Center for Exoplanets & Habitable Worlds is celebrating its 10th anniversary in academic year 2018/19. To commemorate the occasion, we’re organizing a one day event on April 2, 2019. We’ve planned three sessions of talks and panel discussions, targeting technical, academic and public audiences. Collectively, these will celebrate the extraordinary progress in exoplanet science over the past decade and the long journey that has led to Penn State emerging as one of the world’s a leading center for exoplanet research and education. Talks by two distinguished guests and local CEHW faculty will also stimulate current CEHW and university members to think about the future of exoplanet research and education.
